Lead the testing of Critical Data Migration from existing version of application to new version. This was the first point of impact to entire Project worth of more than 10,000 hours.
Conducted and Lead Daily Defect Call at the Project level with Business Partners, Business Analysts, Application Team Delivery Leads/Mangers and Developers for the Release which included Defect Tracking and Follow ups for the entire Project.
Involved in hands-on test execution on need basis and created, followed up and closed defects in the application.
Ensured that the team followed defined quality processes.
