Role - Production & Project Engineer

Project - 1300 BBL Storage Tanks, 500BBL/600BBL Storage and Mixing Tanks, Separator, Surge Tank, Pipe Rack, A60 Cabin, Pump Skid, Over Flow Tanks, Silo Tanks, Burner Boom, King post, Indirect Water Bath Heater, Piping’s and Cross Over, Diesel Tanks, Bleed Off Tanks, Nitrogen Cylinder Rack, Clean Cut Inter Connecting Piping’s.

Responsibilities

Follow-up with procurement, engineering, QC, Design Engineer timely completion of all project related activities, including welding, fit up, Installation, Commissioning & Dispatch.

Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.

Plan and coordinate production engineering processes on daily basis to produce high quality products.

Develop operating instructions and equipment specifications for production activities.

Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.

Plan production tasks and schedules according to customer orders.

Plan equipment, material and manpower requirements to execute job orders.

Work with management in coordinating and planning production activities to improve runtime.

Verification of isometric drawing with respect to P&ID.

Preparation of material list items as per Drawing, P&ID & BOM.

Monitoring the daily work activities of Sub Contractor and updating Sub Contractor Progress Reports.

Inspection of gaskets, supports, valves prior to line reinstatement and ensure acceptance as per the latest drawing for construction, codes and specification standards.

Carrying out final P&ID check of installed piping systems in the module.

Ensure that hydro test reinstatement is to be done as per procedure.

Ensure that all punch list items are resolved. Facility handover to Client is satisfactorily concluded and that there is no prolongation of project.
