R&D Chemist: July 2006 to Present - Lubrizol Advanced Materials India Pvt. Ltd., Village: Manjusar (Savli) Dist.: Baroda.

It’s MNC Company from U.S.A. Lubrizol group. Its site produced Chemical specialty product for use in Personal care, Skin care, Home care and binding agent purpose and another produce food and pet food gum. It materials are total export.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Responsible for synthesis, purification and characterization to support new product development.

Planned and performed synthesis reactions and purification experiments.

Actively participate and perform experiments for alternative and streamlines present product and improve productivity of the plant process.

Performed analyses on raw materials, in process experiments and finished products such as Yield, Viscosity, PH, Turbidity, Ash content, Nitrogen, Wet and dry L.O.D., %IPA with Hydrometer and GC, % Epoxide and another test as per require parameters.

Handling and analysis of toxic chemicals.

Prepared and analyzed chemical solutions as per standard procedure and safety for experiments.

Troubleshoots the basic problems of the instrument and equipment.

Maintain good lab practice and ensure the safeties.

Handles various lab equipment/instruments viz. Flame Photometer, Conductivity meter, Karl-Fisher titrator and other lab equipment.
