Accomplished construction manager with significant experience in managing multiple capital projects simultaneously, along with significant experience in the supply chain field.

Managed three projects internationally – one in Shanghai, one in Danyang, and one in Singapore. Directed all aspects of ordering, clearing through customs, delivering and installing equipment for three production operations. This included renovating the infrastructure of existing facilities to accommodate the new production lines.

For a large oil and gas corporation, managed all phases of construction from initial design to construction completion for over 100 major capital projects. This included pipelines in terminals, storage tanks, expanding truck loading racks, service stations, and building renovations.

Expanded two truck loading racks while keeping existing operations in service. Installed new pipelines for new products while keeping existing operations in service. Replaced existing pipelines with double-contained pipelines, while keeping existing operations in service. Rebuilt, renovated, or built 100 service stations from the ground up.

For domestic and international locations of a large metal and technology group installed a 3-mile HDPE pipeline under a heavily-trafficked street. Reduced projected construction time from 78 weeks to 16 weeks.

Built a wastewater plant that fed the above pipeline. Managed three schedules overall on this: pipeline construction, plant construction, and overall project (included permitting with authorities, getting major equipment ordered and on site, and tying them all together). Managed a dozen projects concurrently including building a leach-process recovery building and a vertical mixer building.

Renovated dozens of commercial office space/buildings for a major financial company in the DC/VA area.

Managed all phases of construction from initial design and layout to construction completion for over one hundred major capital projects including oversight for up to four field engineers in a remote field office - including environmental clean-up responsibility.
