Primary focus of career has been in the software development, project management and business analysis in various parts of the world. Thirty years of systems development / business analysis experience on various platforms and environments. I have used many tools and techniques depending upon the phase and requirement of the project. One of the key persons in the development of new flight operation system and later on merger of Continental and United airline flight operation system. Responsibility included estimation, identifying the steps involved and changes to be made. Guide and provide knowledge to developers, interface with experts of external interfaces and manage the project pertaining to identifying the resource requirement and allocation.

Initially used Use cases to gather requirements but later user stories, scrum and sprint of

agile methodology were used for the development.

Identified the Business rules and designed external interface for the flight operation transformation system. The knowledge of legacy system is used to develop a new GUI application.
