Project name: Multi-storey residential building

Description: The main objective of this project is to design the residential building. It includes Information Gathering, Estimating Cost and allocating budget to various sections. Also analysing market trends, need of buyer and accordingly preparing prototype of building.

Practical Work:

Working on site situated in Meerut at Jagriti Vihar Extension.

a.)Structural Design: It contains designing of one way, two way & lobby slab, beam, column & links designing. Study about various elements of the building like walls, stairs, and lifts, tile and flooring and plastering work, survey work, layout of columns, drawing etc.

b.)Bar Bending Schedule.

c.)Abstract of quantity & cost.

d.)Layout, Drawing & Plan.

SUMMER TRAINING

8 weeks training from CBRI Roorkee, under supervision of Mr. H.C. Arora

Project Name: Structural Strengthened on F.R.P Beams

Description: The main objective of this project is to study and examine the structural performance of various FRP strengthening techniques for concrete structures. The specific objectives of this project could be summarized as follows:

a) Investigate the load-deformation response, as well as the cracking behaviour of concrete members strengthened with different FRP systems.

b) Develop fundamental criteria governing the failure behaviour of concrete beams strengthened with FRP strips and externally bonded FRP sheets.

Practical Work:

a)Perform Beam and Cube testing on UTM

b)Core Cutting

c)Half Cell Potential Test, Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity Test
