SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS

 21 years of strong and diverse experience in the steel forging industry and in aerospace.

 7 years of highly effective experience as a Lead Man.

 In-depth experience in all aspects of metal working including heat treating, forging, press operating, vertical ring rolling, back extrusion, radial axle rolling, closed die forging, open die forging, honing, lathing, drilling, sawing. metal forming and furnace tending, CNC billet surface grinder, assembly production, material handler, general warehouse operations. Cold Forging, Warm forging, Hot Forging.

 Wide-ranging knowledge and expertise working with low/high temperature carbon steel, aluminum, and exotic alloys including titanium, WASP, HastX, magnesium and Inco alloys.

 Operated CNC hydraulic forging presses, handled shipping & receiving, oversaw temperature control setting and furnace tending/load-up, material handler,

 Forged ingots into billets, links, bales, rectangles, round bar stock and RCS Billets.

 Programmed rail-bound robotic manipulators. CNC billet surface grinder

 Supervised and motivated up to 30 employees.
