Site Manager

Govan Brown Inc. Toronto - Oakville, ON

August 2015 to November 2015

Accomplishments

The Canadian investment giant sought a modern retrofit for their offices and was keen upon updating the atmosphere of the location to suit the current staff and clients. I was able to complete the project in just 3 months. To accommodate our client, who had leased a swing space to house the temporarily displaced staff, Govan Brown put a premium on promptly completing the project in order to save our client money. We spared no expense in procuring the best trades and materials to complete the space to the exact design and specifications. Included in the project scope was the renovation of The reception area, open offices, closed offices. The staff Kitchen, cafeteria and decorative stairway; stairway; all of which were complemented by high-end millwork, glazing, glass partitions, upgraded ceilings and fixtures all worked to create a clean and modern look. Apart from the aesthetic and spatial renovations there was also a large amount of mechanical work done including the installation of all new HVAC systems. In all, our team was able to accomplish the high-end professional design intent of the client and build a space indicative of Wood Gundy’s esteemed position within the financial realm.
