Coordinate With DT Engineers To Verify Call Quality Test (CQT), Add/Remove Different Neighbor Cells Of Different Sites As Demanded By DT Engineers.
Daily Analyze Traffic Channels & Find Out The Reasons Of TCH Less Than 96%.Inform Team Leader, Field Operation Engineers & Regional Manager About That Site Having Less TCH.
Observes Site Status Regarding Up Or Down Due To Transmission, Power & Environmental Problems. Inform The Concern Team In The Field For Verification & Solution Of Above Mentioned Problems.
Checked Abis Loop Break Alarms With The Coordination Of Field Engineers. Verify Related Parameters & Synchronize Them To Disappear Alarms.
Provide Support To The Field Operation Engineers For The Solution Of Following Hardware Alarms i.e. VSWR, CDU Or DTRU Alarms, & PCM Alarms.

Handling Hardware, Software System & Power Related Issues at MSC End.
