Experienced product engineer in the automotive industry at TEREX and Delphi Packard Electric Divisions of General Motors, of which the last five years were as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt in Product Engineering. Over seven years of experience with Accenture Process and Innovation Performance practice, of which one and a half years were assigned as the USPS (US Postal Service) Eastern Area Black Belt, two years were with PolyOne Corporation, and the past three years were with Shell Oil.

Active as an instructor and coach for Shell’s LP1 Continuous Improvement program since March 2013. Assisted the Shell Continuous Improvement team in accelerating the certification process.
