Incident Management:

Voice / Chat Process: Working as a Technical Support Engineer, creating Incident tickets as per Clients query and also resolving the issues relating to Network, PC, Outlook, VPN, Password, Mainframe and MBNA.

Request Management:

In addition, I am also currently involved in handling a new Venture called Request Management for about 6 months working on Software Computers, which involves in contacting the end user to push the software to their computer as per customer’s request.

Academic Qualifications:-

Currently perusing Bachelors of Business Management (Final Semester).

Pre-University Education from Paduva Pre University College, Mangalore under Department of Pre-University Education, Karnataka in the year 2009 with an aggregate of 60.83%

SSLC from St. Philomena High School, Puttur under Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board(KSEEB) in the year 2007 with an aggregate of 72.64%
