Responsible for electrical drawings, specifications, calculations, charts and graphs.

Preparation and/or modification of the Electrical drawings, specifications, calculations, charts and graphs related to DC/AC UPS Systems

Conducting the load flow calculations to find out right kind of electric components i.e. electrical motor, slipring unit, power cables etc. Designing of starters of electric motor, LV distribution system (Relays, circuit breakers, fuses, transformers), lighting system, power supply AC/DC & DC/AC, electric panel, control cabinet, power cabinet, junction boxes, AC unit, ESD, F&G, I/O Cards, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet, Modem. Designing as per DNV, ABS & NORSOK standards.

Designing of the instrumentation system using temperature & pressure transmitter, level indicators, speed sensors, load cells, angle indicators, prox. Switch’s, on/off valves, proportional valves, joystick, control switches, hydraulic pump controller cards, emergency system, potentiometer, instrumentation cables etc.

Creating the layout of the junction box, control cabinet, power cabinet, electric motor starters etc.

Making the electrical drawings (Block, termination, loop, layout & circuit) ready

Experience of Electrical design and Engineering techniques as well as CAD and graphics skills.

Categorizing customer requirements and designing the products as per the requirements.

Cost estimation and budgets.

Preparing design models and prototypes of products using 3D design software.

Coordinating with the other departments, clients and contractors.
