Description:

The radio frequency is available resource always in universe. Through our cognitive radio communication system we can send full information of the particular patient and we may communicate audio and video to another hospital or any specialist for particular disease. Through the cognitive radio communication we may communicate with effectively and very fast. The cost this communication is very low when compare to other video and audio communication. Cognitive radio communication is reliable always. It also protects the primary user from interference from secondary users and reduces the packet loss to about 0.001% which is about three orders of magnitude lower than the standard CSMA/CA MAC protocol.
