R & D Projects:
Six Axis Robots:
o I have designed the SIX Axis Robot using the Solid Works application. o In this project I have used the harmonic drive, servo motor (Absolute Encoder) and precise controller.
o The precise controller is the universal compact controller (Space Consumption). o The program can be simple by using this controller (Simple and effective). o Any type of servo motor can be easily tuned with the precise controller for better performance. (Performance Improvement).
o Using this Six Axis I have achieved the lightweight, portable robot (65kg), Maximum reach and better payload with minimum cost of development.
