Successfully developed the concept for, and led the electronic and mechanical design for eight generations of rugged OnBoard computers from concept through sunsetting. Including the Computer itself, User Interface (UI), GPS, WiFi, Cell Modems, Cabling, install kits and antennas.

oPrepared a detailed budget and project plan which accounted for the entire development process, resources, prototypes, and preproduction units for SW Engineering, QA and field beta testing.
