Responsibilities

served customers, made coffee, sandwiches, etc., cleaned floors, after two months there I opened for them which meant going in half hour before other workers to get things ready to open, ex: take chairs off tables cook breakfast, get all coffee stations going, put out donuts, Mon-Fri 4:30 a.m. store opened at 5:00 a.m. staff started at five everything was ready to go

Accomplishments

earned managers trust, definately dedication be willing to do whatever to keep customers happy, you have to be quick

Skills Used

PATIENCE, self control (4:30 start), listen and speak clear, cash register, HONESTY! etc.,

It was my first yr in AB, didn't know my way around, Tim's was five min walk perfect! Enjoyed it, something new & different

Transportation & Public Works - Souris, PE - April 2001 to May 2008

Responsibilities

flagged on the highway, mowed grass, cut and packed trees away from highway, watchman for road closure, wrote out tickets for trucks getting materials, cleaned beaches, installed culverts, transported tools, painted lines on road, patched holes, etc.

Accomplishments

worked hard laughed lots, good teamwork with great crew 10hrs a day/four days a week, do whatever had to be done, don't mind putting my hands to try anything, open-minded
