Working with clients in diverse industries to deliver Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) CRM integration solutions.
To date I have worked on multiple CPQ implementations for clients around the world in an array of industries including farm equipment, construction, software services, entertainment and many others. This has allowed me to build a broad knowledge of business skills from a manufacturing, service, and international supply chain perspective allowing me to comfortably speak with clients about their specific business needs.
Daily skills include CRM, CPQ, SQL, HTML, CSS and Experlogix Design Center. Typical CPQ deployments involve requirements gathering, customer training, status reports, time tracking, communicating with customers on every level from shipping to C-level.
