Perform daily tasks that involve scheduling and monitoring of production. Work very close with metallurgical staff to monitor inventory and consistency of material as well as quality staff to ensure consistent quality standards are met. Create and monitor standards in an environment that has become lean driven. Reduced inefficient production practices by promoting a 5S culture within a union environment.

Directly oversees 3 supervisors, 1 production planner, 1 engineer, and 31 union employees. I have also coordinated overtime and disciplinary actions for the entire union staff that was just under 50 union employees at the time.
