Lowe’s Team Sales Support Manager (2011 – 2015)

Created a very detailed logic blocks for the entire built-in product line. This took several weeks visiting each big box store gathering model information. In the end this was very helpful for the team and the rest of the company to see exactly how our product stood up against the competition. This helped identify our strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approach to problems.

Supported the successful execution of selling strategies to help drive incremental business for the team.

Tracked performance of product lines weekly against specific financial and volume objectives. Presented any issues to the Lowe's Management Team consisting of three Directors, three Account Managers, and Vice President.

Formulated and maintained daily, weekly and monthly sales numbers. Kept the “Lowe's Team” up to date on business trends daily.

Collaborated with Lowe’s Corporate Inventory Planner on a monthly basis to maintain proper inventory levels.

Maintained/updated forecast, sometimes 3 or 4 times per month for the “Lowe's Team” to ensure the right product was at the right place at the right time. The forecast was reviewed by Electrolux CEO and Vice Presidents.

Collaborated with Electrolux Marketing Manager to ensure all collateral materials were created and distributed to Lowe's Corporate which was required for upcoming promotions.

Created catalogs, point of sales and promotional materials about 4 times per year.

Conducted bi-weekly market shops - picked a different market each time, visited one of each Big Box Store in that market - and provided the “Lowe's Team” with the most current competitive analysis and information.

Collaborated with Lowe's Corporate to keeping models and description accurately updated with the most current information for consumer viewing (online and in-stores) supplying consumers the best information available to help promote their buying decisions.

Maintained information on Lowe's DOT COM (online demos), ECAT, GDSN, PCM including setting up new products as needed.

Created monthly newsletters for all 1700 Lowe’s Store Sales Associates and Electrolux's outside Field Sales Team.

Lowe’s Team Account Manager – Dishwashers (2010 – 2011)

Reviewed every model on Lowes.com with proper descriptions and selling benefits which resulted in an increase of on-line sales by 5% in 6 months.

Communicated to the Lowe's Corporate Dishwasher Purchasing Manager proposed forecast and updated weekly forecasting reports for Electrolux's Dishwasher Director.
