Flight Test Integration Engineer
Project leader in charge of the ground operations of civil jet engines test campaigns:
•Manage the relationship and reporting with the clients and the French/Chinese partners during the GE Passeport 20, LEAP 1B/C flight test campaigns.
•Coordinate the engineering team and shop activities to ensure the test engine readiness.
•Manage the hardware procurement plan, risk analysis and process improvement plans.
Key achievements
Successfully supported both flight execution and ground preparations for the 1B test campaign with 50 flights and 300h flight time on an unprecedented flight cadence.
Conducted FAA conformity audit for the LEAP-1B inlet compliance testing, and received the conformity approval. FAA considered this as the benchmark for future presentations.

Key achievements
Reindustrialized the production of the M53 engine power transmission system: established the Financial and Technical Offer (€ 5 million contract), negotiated the contract and managed the operational project team for over two years. The first batch was delivered within schedule and budget.
Managed the hydraulic activity industrial transfer to another Safran subsidiary (CESAR project from 2009 to 2011, 10 M€ deliveries yearly).
Monitored the military spare parts recovery plans and re-industrialized ATAR gears production.
Lead Test Engineer January 2003 – October 2009
•Project leader in charge of the mechanical test activities for power transmission systems on civil and military jet engines.
•Responsible of the mechanical test team (15 people). In charge of the tests realization, bench developments, energy supply improvement, health & safety issues.
Key achievements:
Outsourced the design and production of the A350 XWB power transmission system attitude and load test benches to ensure project cost effectiveness. Negotiated the 0.5 M€ contract with the Indian test bench lead supplier: Dynaspede. Organized the project management support in Bangalore with Safran Engineering Services India.
Technical and financial responsibility for the realization of the Dassault Rafale M88 and Airbus A400M TP400 fuel system integration test benches.
Developed and implemented attitude test and load test programs for various power transmission systems (TP400, EC175, BR725).
Sagem, SAFRAN GROUP, Massy France, 2000 – 2002
Project Manager in charge of the test program and integration phase of the electrical flight control system for the Fairchild Dornier Jet DO728.
•Manage a multidisciplinary team for the qualification and acceptance tests program.
