Witnessing WQT.

Working with Base materials viz. 6 Moly, Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel & LTCS.

Wide knowledge in the above all materials.

Witnessing the implementation of the Specification & WPS.

Raising QAI & NCR against violation of Procedures.

Witnessing the Weldment, Tools used and base metal composition using (Positive Material

Identification) as per clients procedure.

Reviewing detailed quality control items and hold points in NDT and fabrication procedures.

Preparing daily intra-department meeting agenda, proceeding & Follow-up with QC Inspectors.

Representing department in Daily Noon- meeting & Solving various issues with Production Management Team.
