Answered multi line phone, screened and directed calls properly while also taking precise messages. Scanned, filed and typed documents needed as per directive. Greeted employees and Clients who came to the office. Data entry and use of Microsoft office was of an essence and was used daily. Dispatched employees to job sites. Utilized multiple social media websites to recruit qualified applicants for our employment opportunities. As a recruiter for Arch, I was on the career board for San Jacinto College. I was in charge of making sure the beverage cart girls were loaded up and ready to go on course thirty minutes before tournament was to go out.
