Project description:

TATA Indicom PrePaid Services (TIPPS) is a prepaid telecom project. From the generation of the starter kit to termination of the SIM, IMEI numbers were maintained and monitored. The application provides a front-end (Oracle forms) to the Customer Care Agents to interact with customers. Customer information and customer log information like last 30 calls, message history. Customers problems related to services are routed to the concern teams by an automation process using workflow engines.

Responsibilities:

Involved in the complete life cycle of the product from requirements gathering to end of system testing.

Worked on UTL_FILE package to perform various DML operations on files.

Created new database tables using external tables, external data has to accessed and useful information has to be stored.

Worked on developing a financial application system to handle all the bank transactions using SQL, PL/SQL, Developer 2000(Forms4.5 and Reports2.5) on Windows environment.

Maintained the system application design using Designer2000 tools.

Used SQL*Loader to load the database from flat files.
