Experience and Reward & Recognition:

I have several years of Sales management and Sales Performance coaching experience. Over the last 12 years of my career with U.S. Bank I was trusted to oversee the opening of 2 of the 3 In-Store branches in Lexington, KY. I managed the opening process, recruited, interviewed, hired, trained and built our teams along with the branches from the ground up.

The U.S. Bank in-store branches operated 7 days a week: Mon. – Fri. 10 am -8 pm

Sat. 10 am – 5 pm

Sun. 12 pm – 5 pm

Each branch is a full service bank branch which simply translates to, we do it all, from teller transactions and refinancing your house to reinvesting your 401k and buying new equipment for your commercial business. And we convinced you to do it in a grocery store. Each branch consisted of an average of 5 team members. My responsibilities because of my location (the majority of our district branches being in Louisville, KY) were to manage my branch and serve as interim/lead manager to the other Lexington branch. At one point I served as sole branch manager to both locations for a 10 month period. I achieved bonus at both branches for every quarter as well as seeing one of the branches on to Annual Pinnacle (Top 10% Annual production In-Store Division/Manager Award) that year. At the end of that period I was asked to open and manage another new location for us in the Richmond KY area. The manner in which an in-store branch is managed is much like your own small business. My responsibilities included:

*Recruiting, Interviewing, Hiring *Training, Coaching, Motivating, Rewarding

*Delegating, Scheduling, Supervising, Evaluating *Any and all disciplinary actions up to and including termination

*Ensuring branch stability and profitability

In addition to all of this, I realized early on in my career that included achieving multiple Quarterly and Annual Pinnacle Awards as well as Coaching bankers to achieve multiple Quarterly and Annual Star of Excellence Awards, one of the greatest successes of an in-store manager was not only keeping a knowledgeable, professional staff but for the benefit of our customers and community it is keeping a familiar staff. I prided myself on maintaining a healthy work/life balance for my entire team. As you can imagine hiring a team that will want to survive the in-store hours for an extended period of time is one thing, but hiring a team that will survive them happily and successfully is another feat. I consider the development of my in-store teams a tremendous accomplishment and success in my career.

Thank you for your consideration.
