Description
Purpose of the software is to assign a treatment to a patient.New Protocol is defined which consists of strata, treatment and inclusion-exclusion criteria. For a protocol total number of entities are selected and based on the stratum, dosage and entity type randomization is performed and random codes are generated. As the patient gets enrolled into clinical trial through a protocol his/her personal details, strata and inclusion/exclusion criteria are noted. With these details a random number is generated through Dynamic randomization treatment is assigned to the patient. This procedure uses Simon Pocock algorithm. Inventory management is done dynamically by tracking enrollment rate. The s/w user gets a detailed report (PDF, HTML, Flat file) to view protocol, random code and patient details.
