Uses Allen wrenches, crimping tools, clamping tools, rivet guns, hand drills, screwdrivers, Exactor, knives, torque wrenches, wire strippers, adhesives, and hand tools to cut, form and bond parts dependent on the job at hand.

Work with design engineers on assembling prototype units according to following visual aids and MPI.

Assignment:

Received Raw Materials from stockroom, check BOM, Assemblies, Sub-assemblies parts, adjust sheet metal chassis, tight screws for completed mechanical systems, connect wires component board to board, alignment LEDs with overlay labels, then Pre-test, Hi-pot, Final test, and completed units to ship out.

Troubleshoot failure systems, failure boards, fixing screws damaged.

Good mechanical aptitude.
