I was a very versatile employee handling everything from payments and deposits to opening and closing loans. I was in charge of all issues concerning Vehicle insurance, payoffs and lien releases. I took a minimum of 25 calls per day consisting of inquiries, complaints and solution. I worked very closely with customers, management and all business software. My duties range from taking care of the smallest tasks like changing the customers payment to handling our collections and repossessions. I oversaw all vehicle appraisals and all paperwork processing that takes place within a loan.

I worked very closely with management in hiring new employees and training on proper policies and procedures, advertising and marketing for my location and targeting specific clients due to demographics.

I representsed Presto Title Loans on 3 radio segments regarding small businesses and wrote 2 articles for the local newspaper and the local business magazine.

In the first 6 months of my employment with Presto, I increased receivables by 300% and remained consistent in the top 5% of our company for sales. I maximized our output by 80% and increased my numbers every year. My customer retention exponentially grew, starting at 35% upon my hire and ending at 87%.

Received all my credit hours working as an aid and upon graduating with my AA I was offered a position as the lead teacher. I oversaw 2 class rooms with 25 students total. I made lessons plans based upon students individual progress, with classrooms accumulated of gifted children as well as children with severe learning disabilities. I created several programs for Parents to attend and innovated many teaching methods I had learned while earning my AA. Our school was published in a local newspaper for an event I designed known as "Mini Masters Art Night" which they still implement today and still hold the same spot in the paper.
