Responsibilities:

Organize, Implement and maintain efficient production process flow.

Develop manufacturing documentation required for product manufacturing – i.e. BOM, work instructions and process procedures.

Improve continually existing operation, for improving quality, productivity, safety and cost saving.

Identify ways to reduce production cost through recommendations – i.e. new process equipment to improve performance.

Analyse operational problems affecting production and recommending solutions.

Develop prototype/sample for new design.

2.Worked for ReGen Powertech as Sr.Engineer in Generator Manufacturing from September’08 to June’14 (1.5MW & 2.8MW).

Responsibilities:

Inspection of 1.5 & 2.8 MW generators at varies stages (High Voltage test, Surge test, Insulation Resistance test, Polarity test, Winding Resistance & No-load).

Coordinating to solve the material defects and quality issues with suppliers.

Initiate root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process failures.

Improving Quality by reducing reworks in the process.

Preparing Quality Assurance plan and test reports.

Preparing Quality Release Note for dispatch.

Monitoring & recording the measurements of manufacturing activities as per the protocol (stator & rotor manufacturing and vacuum pressure impregnation).

Plan procurement & commissioning of test equipment/instruments.

Maintaining & updating ISO Documents: Training update, Tools calibration and Work Instructions.

Cost reduction by reducing the consumption of consumables.

Identify the areas for waste reduction and eliminate/controlled the waste effectively.
