(1) DECEMBER-2015- TILL TO DATE Working as “Chief Accountant NPS Saudi Arabia”:

(Based in Dammam, KSA)

Leading accounting, auditing, taxation and internal controls functions for NPS KSA Operations. Managing monthly/quarterly financial reporting, financial controls and executive reporting to Regional Operations Manager and Regional Financial Controller. Supervising a team five accountants to achieve their best potential.

Responsible for preparation of budgets and forecasts and regular variance analysis.

(1) DECEMBER-2014- DECEMBER-2014 Worked as “Chief Accountant Iraq South” (Based in Erbil Kurdistan):

(Based in Dubai, UAE)

Leading accounting, auditing, taxation and controlling functions for NPS South Iraq Operations. Managing monthly/quarterly financial reporting, financial controls and executive reporting to Regional Operations Manager and Regional Financial Controller. (2) AUGUST-2013 TO NOVEMBER 2014 Worked as “Financial Controller-Special Projects”:

Worked as a key person in expansion of NPS to new horizons, which involved estimating the most suitable way of presence in different countries i.e. either operating through NPS branches or acquiring existing similar businesses. With focus on the demand and competition in areas under consideration.

Worked in close coordination with the Operations departments to ensure that the profits are maximized and costs are minimized. It starts from the acquisition of a contract to rendering of services, collection of receivables till the final completion of contracts.

Played key role in due diligence projects, delivering all financial modeling to provide critical financial and legal information on potential ventures. Job responsibilities included:

Preparation of Corporate Tax returns of Oman, Pakistan, India, Kuwait & Qatar branches.

Monthly consolidated Corporate Tax closing.

Preparation of annual Tax accrual Package FAS109.

Preparation of annual Tax Package 5471 and filing of USA tax returns.

Coordination with auditors for the audit & finalization of consolidated Financial Statements of the Company & branches in Oman, Qatar, Sudan, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia & Yemen, as per respective Tax Regulations.

Supervise Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Suppliers, Customers & payroll With Holding Tax Returns for Pakistan, India & Saudi Arabia.
