I did my project in Quality of work life of employees working at Confluxlive global services which means it is the degree of personal satisfaction experienced at work.

Research methodology is based on collecting Questionnaires with a sample size of 100 and used % analysis and Chi- square test.

Findings-There was a good Working Condition and Compensation is provided in organization is satisfied by employees.

Suggestions- Team performance must be highly encouraged & recognized to build Interpersonal relationship & communication of employees with superior

Conclusion- There is an excessive workload on employees which affects the quality they want to maintain in work and it affects their performance
