Have performed and managed infrastructure support and customized IT services throughout the Volt organization from VA to NH; supported 200-300 users locally and remote

Build, Configure and Install Desktops, Laptops, Servers and Printers. Used Ghost and Altiris for imaging purposes, Arcserve, Seagate Backup Exec and NetBackup for Backup processes.
