Successfully managed and completed a $350M capital project under budget for NRG by developing a tracking system with Excel to gather real time data on all project costs and communicating results to all divisions holding them accountable for their spending levels.
Point of contact for all site/project related contracts for contract approved purchases to create PO’s, expense report tracking, time keeping, labor approval, document control, budget tracking, invoicing approval/ negotiator, closeout on FWA/PCO upon completion and reconciliation of all PO’s and T&C’s attachment for each client/customer.
