Jan of 2012-Feb of 2016:Exeter Finance Corp-
I work in the charge off prevention Department of our company. I make and receive calls in regards to customer’s accounts that are delinquent between 99+ days past due and accounts that are due to charge off by the end of the month. My job is to get the customer to pay the total amount that is due, if not as close to it as they can to prevent a charge off on their credit and or a repossession of the vehicle. I am considered a senior collector in the company because we are the actual last department the customer’s account will come to before the loan is charged off completely.
March of 2009-May of 2011: T.D Auto Finance –
I made and receive calls on customer’s accounts that were delinquent. I would do skip tracing to find the customers that we were unable to get in contact with. Once I was able to get the customer on the phone I would let the customer know the importance of why they needed to get their account current and stay current. Assist them with what options were available to get them current and a plan to keep them on that right path of being on time. If needed, I would assign vehicles out for repossession as well.
