History
2006 – 2016: Facility Manager for Fornell Associates: Manage all aspects of a 40,000 square foot building and surrounding property. Negotiate all building service contracts. Oversee all contractors, approve billing, and identify building needs.
2005 – 2006: Construction Field Manager for Centex Homes. Manage all trade related to the construction of residential homes from beginning excavation thru completion. Conduct orientations for new homeowners and walk homeowners thru their new home at various stages of construction. Assist in warranty repairs after the close of home. Inspect at various stages of construction to insure that homes are built according to the approved blue prints, as well as ability to pass municipal building department inspection.
2003 – 2005: Self-employed, construction sub contractor.
1982 – 2003: Facility manager at the Russell Industrial Center. Direct all aspects of building upkeep in a two million square foot industrial complex, from system repairs to new installations. Supervised a crew from as few as nine men up to as many as fifteen. Liaison between the tenants and the building owners. Contract and oversee all outside contractors. Directly supervise seven man janitor staff, to service 15 pairs of restrooms, as well as corridors lobbies etc.
1979 – 1982: Self-employed, residential remodeling and construction. Builder of additions, garages, decks, basement remodeling, etc.
1973 –1979: Construction foreman for the Weskonson Company. Residential remodeling and new construction. Supervised and performed all aspects of home building and remodeling, from reading blueprints through to completion.
