Resume:

Dear Future Employer,

My name is Angela Lloyd and I have been a Manager in Radiology at Arkansas Children’s Hospital for the past 10 years. I was a team member at ACH for the past 23 years: the last 10 years, as the Diagnostic Imaging Manager and the prior 13-years as a Radiologic Technologist. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1987.

During my tenure as manager, I created the “Positive Action Team” P.A.T., which focused on team member professionalism and company commitment. My approach helped to boost employee morale and create a sense of teamwork within the department. I used comment cards as a method to get feedback on the service we provided. This helped us to gain our customer’s perspective and gave us the knowledge of areas where we excelled and areas that needed improvement. I have worked with vendors in quoting, training and service agreements of equipment purchases. Whether it is in facilitating customer and employee relations, conducting recruitment and building a model for retention, or administering fiscal operations, I know how to get the job done.

I am a trendsetter who loves discovering and charting unfamiliar waters. My character exemplifies my willingness to be diverse and I respect all team members, no matter what role they play in the organization. I know that it takes a village to perfect your brand and a company cannot thrive without dedicated team members. I appreciate the fact that if I take the time to listen to the concerns of our team members and customers, I can always find common ground to build a conduit that can be used to resolve any situation.

My goal is to exceed your expectations and add to the scope of your big picture. With my outgoing personality, spirited enthusiasm, and ability to adapt to any situation, I will be the delicious side dish to your company’s main course.

Thank you in advance for considering me as a potential team member for such a prestigious and impressive organization. I look forward to interviewing with you in the very near future.

Enclosed is a copy of my resume and list of references. Letters of recommendation will be provided upon request.

Thank You,

Angela M. Lloyd.

Career Summary

I am interested in a position in Management Administration that challenges my fullest potential. I am an energetic, meticulous, open-minded leader who enjoys helping team member grow professionally. In doing so, your organization will realize an increase in efficiency, a decrease in redundancy and the endless possibility of growth and development. I see no need to reinvent a working wheel but I can certainly inflate or change the tires when needed.
