Process Engineer – Startup New Melt Shop and Existing Casters 2013 – 2015
Direct Report to Plant Manager. Provided technical support to the Melt Shop Plant and Production Managers.
Collaborated with other Engineers to layout the process, conducted time studies, assessed overall capability, and looked at identifying future constraints.
Worked closely with Production department to define all operational parameters required to meet quality standards.
Teamed with Production staff on the optimization of processes in order to maximize the output of all production units.
