The development of high school and college athletes. We work with many of the country's top high school athletes. I have personally created all our marketing plans, including one of the most successful Facebook marketing programs. We work directly with high school coaches, identifying top players. We meet personally with each high school athlete, to mentor and encourage. We help each student with developing better study habits, communications skills, personal responsibility. We also work with parents assisting in financial aid, using our expertise. In addition, I have traveled to more than 800 colleges and universities around the country, meeting with college coaches, athletic directors, provosts, deans. We also have partnered with current and former pro players, who work with the high school players, sharing personal experiences and giving advice and encouragement. We have reduced the overall cost of college for thousands of high school athletes. In addition, we had a direct impact on student GPA and test scores. I drafted the employee handbook, set up HR department for national organization. Involved with NCAA compliance for both high school and college. I set up hiring standards as well as created national pay structure. Setting up employee standards has reduced overall employee turn over by more than 30%. Was President and CEO of ADT Security in Phoenix Arizona. We had more than 50 employees, both sales and technicians. We installed both home security, business security, that included, CCTV, card readers and additional video security equipment. I was in charge of hiring, training, managing profit and losses. Developing budgets, sales presentations. Developed video training programs for new and current sales personnel. Established customer service protocols. We were one of the country's largest independent security firms until in 2001, ADT Security, corporate, bought us out. We were able to secure contracts with several of the country's largest home builders, including US Homes. In addition, I was able to secure several government contracts for security installations. We developed a high level of respect and trust within the industry for excellent service. Maintained a A plus rating with the BBB. In our last year we had more than $10 million in sales. Each year sales increased at least 30%, with the last year increase of more than 35% from the previous year. Profitability also increased by least 12% year over year.
