Responsibilities included learning our different process and formulations of our various product lines, supervision of personnel and their safety, departmental budgeting, quality control, waste management inventory control and production scheduling. Major accomplishments include:
● Participated in the start up of the Auto Bake Lines in Chicago.

● Developed and implemented the changes for production schedules to include the grinder screen set up and the type of bread to be used for each product
● Coordinated the CDL Third Party Certification program in the Warehousing Department
