MAINTENANCE SHIFT LEADER:

Responsible for managing all aspects of the day to day SMT Equipment in a cost effective way, and for ensuring that residents receive an excellent service.
Duties:
Maintaining the SMD equipment's and ensuring the maximum availability of the Equipment's.
Managing maintenance schedules, delivering planned and property maintenance.
Resource planning and competence development to support business.
Implementation and adherence of EMS, QMS, OHSAS
Managing a team of multi-disciplined maintenance technicians.
Planning, directing and controlling the efforts of the Maintenance Team.
Spares planning, ordering and consumption monitoring.
Adopt new technologies.
Running an efficient repairs reporting system.
Responding quickly to any emergencies (Run escalation procedure)
Conducting employee performance reviews.

Responsible for managing all SMT Equipment’s Performance to ensure that machine will run at maximum capacity and achieve daily KPIs.
Duties:
Deal with all SMT machine trouble and repairing
Analysis the defect issue for the quality about the SMT and prepare the SMT yield rate daily report.
Maintenance action control and maintain the machine by weekly, monthly, yearly.
SMT line installation.
Manage about HR on production line (Engineer & Operator), follows instructions from the production Manager to performs tasks on the production line in order to meet production targets
Make daily, Weekly and Monthly report. Responsible for the execution of day-to-day tasks in the production lines
Training for new technician for getting better.
Ensures all work instructions are followed diligently, and all specifications of the job are adhered to closely in order that daily targets may be met
Suggest new ideas to the production line reach higher capacity
Supervise all process on production line.
Spares planning, ordering and consumption monitoring.
