> Role in the Project as a "Build and Deployment automation Engineer".

> The User raises the ticket using the SBM and BMC Service desk support.

getting the requirements from the Customer, Analyze the requirement and

> Remedy tool is used to raise the ticket by users. As "Application

Support Maintenance" group we will accept the ticket and do the

complete investigation and resolve the issues within Service Level

Agreement (SLA).

> Perform code analysis, review, changes, deployment, build and release,
