Responsibility: Managing the network of one of the warehouses and the head office of CEVA Logistics in Italy, configuring/Installing PC’s, printers, VOIP phones, troubleshooting network and end user related technical problems on site/remotely via Remedy ticketing software. Managing switches. Active Directory. RF terminals, installing and configuring software like MS office, AS-400, VPN client, Autocad etc..

Responsibility: Managing servers (Microsoft Windows 2003/2008, exchange) domain controller and network of different companies in the Gavio Group, providing end user support. Managing virtualized environment VMware and configuring/managing firewalls.

Worked as a System admin for 30 different companies under the Gavio group which had around 3000 users. Giving on-site and remote support of 1st, 2nd and 3rd level to all the users, some daily tasks included, creating new users, helping users with the different software configuration, managing and monitoring the network, managing the exchange server. Worked on the project of the New Motorway under construction, had the responsibility of creating and managing the network for the same. It included the configuration of Switches, Firewalls, Servers, PCs etc.
