ORANGE is the manufacturer and seller of all varieties of Rice color sorting machine and has all varieties Dhal sorting machines, Grains color sorting machines, and Nuts color sorting machines in its product line.
Responsibilities:
Identifying the customer requirement for the machine and develop the components.
Designing the sheet metal and machining components for the machine including frame in the solid works software.
Follow up the designed components and verify and validate the components by fixing in the machine.
Raising the ECN for the verified components.
Standardization of the sheet metal and the machining components for all machines.
Working for the cost reduction.
Putting the BOM for the machine and feeding it in the SAP.
Preparing nesting for the sheet metal components.
Discuss with suppliers during implementation of the new complex design, understanding complicated problems resulted in successful issue resolution.
Leaded a team of 4 members and completed two machine designs, released the drawings, follow-up, executed, and erected the machine successfully in different places for different commodity.
Putting SOP for the newly developed machine for the easy assemble in the production.
Supporting the service engineers to give the effective solutions and satisfy the customer.
Solving the problems in the regular machine and quality issue.

Title
:
“Analysing the effect of magnetic field on the performance of IC engine”
Description
:
The study investigates on the effect of magnetic field on the single cylinder four stroke diesel engine. The study concentrates on the engine performance parameters such as fuel consumption and exhaust emission. The vehicle exhaust generates pollutants such as carbon dioxide, unburned hydrocarbons, oxides of nitrogen and other particulate emissions which are harmful to human beings. The magnet has the positive effect on the performance of the system. The magnet enhances the fuel properties such as it aligns, orients, hydrocarbon molecules and better atomization of fuel.
Findings
:
Due to the application of magnetic field, there is an percentage reduction in fuel consumption and exhaust emission. The reduction of fuel consumption is about 15%. The reduction in HC and NOx is about 6% and 15%.

:
“ Design and fabrication of semi automatic centre stand for two wheelers”
Description
:
This semi-automated centre stand is used for lifting the two wheelers to stand on its main stand without human effort by just pressing a button. This automated centre stand setup in two wheelers, mostly used by ladies and age old peoples it becomes easy for them to put the vehicle on the main stand without the help of other people.
Findings
:
Through this project we have reduced the effort of parking the two wheelers on its centre stand especially for female and age old riders.
