Summary

I have around 5 months of dishwashing experience and about a year of cooking experience. Dishwasher at a Cracker Barrel and then a Denny's. I became a cook at Denny's and have learned to do all shift work for it. Including cooking and cleaning the kitchen area overnight alone. I have about 3 weeks of construction experience as well. It all helped build character.

Learned how to wash dishes at a prime rate and bus tabels for more customers to be seated.

Denny's (dishwasher, night matinence and cook)

Started off as a dishwasher and had an oppertunity to do the night shift as matinence and later became a cook of all shifts (day and night shifts). That is how I learned to be universal in just about any kitchen. Can also prep cook (I did that awhile as well)

Education

Graduated at Horizons High school (Madison WI) for a 3.5 gpa average. Have a diploma.

Took writing 101 at pima community college (Tucson AZ)
