Academic Final Year Project

Title : Design & Analysis of multiple fixtures for shaft with bearing assembly functional test.

Team size : Four members

Contribution : Concept, design and manufacturing, etc Software’s : Auto CAD & Pro E.

Abstract : The functional test of different shafts with bearing assembly for multiple fixtures. The bearing test is done using proper designing of new testing machine where the whole fixture racks are made in single shaft bearing assembly. So the required fixtures will appear by simply rotating the shaft assembly to specified degrees of angle as specified in the design. It reduce the total time and cost by 1/3rd.

Academic Third Year Project

Title : Design & Fabrication of pedal pumping system. Team size : Four members

Contribution : Concept, 2D design & Pro E design, Cost estimation . Software’s : Auto CAD & Pro E.

Abstract : It works on the principle that peddling motion is converted into pumping motion. It is done by connecting rear end chain sprocket with a pneumatic cylinder in a parallel manner. It reduce the electric energy required for pumping.
