•I worked for number portability team wherein I receive the different request to swap their services from different network to Vodafone network and make sure that their connectivity is successfully done.

•Check the parameters and quality of the port takes place on day to day basis. Maintain 100% quality as an individual as well as in the team.

•Check the network connectivity on the next day of port taken to guarantee the 100 percent of port takes place and not network connectivity problem occurs for the customer.
