Newly hired into the company as a Content Engineering Analyst, nominated as a team leader’s back-up within two months. Promoted quickly to a higher position as a Mentor and then again to Senior Quality Check Analyst.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Core responsibility of analyzing the content of business listings of Google maps, map routing for aesthetical appearance of maps by taking logical decisions to ensure quality and to prevent vandalism.

Worked on different vital projects like Eval-Trickle, Vital 2.0 etc. and was appreciated for my performance. Identified the training needs of the Operators and provided necessary training.

Assigned day in day tasks to the Operators based on their skill set and the business requirement.
