Worked as Technical Engineer at Nalco AN Ecolab Company with following responsibilities:

Team Lead - Leading a team of 20 Chemical engineers

Technical Support – Working closely with R&D, Marketing and sales teams to provide technical solutions for on-site issues and to do optimization studies for Membrane, Cooling water and DAF technologies.

Developing PID and PFD diagrams along with SOP documents for various processes

Trouble shooting upsets/Exception cases – Interpreting results based on data and provide solutions for technical issues related to Water treatment systems.

Quality Analysis: Analyzing quality for entire team in order to ensure 100% quality
