Senior-Tech Project Manager

Most recently conducted end to end project management of transport to new sites and ETTCS migrations of existing sites in the SFL/Miami market. Duties include working with landline to deliver FTTC, local C&E for MEI and RR, and multiple cross-functional teams to complete CANOPI transport delivery tasks.

Previously managed Rehome projects in the TN/KY markets. Duties included relocating transport of existing sites from one BSC/RNC to another to off load traffic. Additionally, rehoming entire BSC/RNC’s across mobility switches, in order to off load MTSO traffic or decommission obsolete switch.

Ensure operational reliability of AT&T’s voice and data network, by managing outages and customer affecting issues in a timely manner.

Work with various vendors on implementation, deployment, and upgrades of switch and cell site equipment; including Ericsson, Cisco, True Position, Tellabs, Siemens, and Nortel.

Manage and budget department operational expenses, such as employee salaries, cell site, tower, and switch facility maintenance.

Responsible for employee compliance with corporate and government regulations in regards to E911, EH&S, and company vehicle driving safety.
