Played the role of the Project Lead. Interacted with the Management / Leadership Team to prepare the Business Requirements Document. Involved in the Business Blueprint Phase, managed all the resources form the various teams and designed the project model. Successful implementation of the project was done in three months.

-Built the database schema using the Universe Designer tool.

Budgetary Hardware Sizing Services SAP Labs Project
