JOB DESCRIPTION:

Preventive checking, overhauling troubleshooting and supervision of all types of pumps (air and water).

Inspection of trouble area in Overhauling and also troubleshooting of different types of roll.

Maintenance of gear box, rotor, refiner etc, on its breakdown.

Commissioning and installation of machine like KAIZEN, CTC, and CFM. And also overall inspection and maintenance of these machine.

Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt.

Plan and allot daily work to mechanics and directly supervise their output.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFCATION:

Diploma in Mechanical engineering from Nowgong Polytechnic (AICTE approved), Nagaon securing 1st class. (2005)- 65.6% (3 years full time course)

10+2 Std. (A.H.S.E.C) from Darrang college, Tezpur in 2nd Division (2001) 45%.

10 Std. (S.E.B.A) from Don Bosco High School, Tezpur in 1st division (1998) 60%.
